Shipping policy

We ship across India. Orders are packed and handed to the courier within [2–3] working days of order confirmation. Delivery usually takes [3–7] working days depending on your location.

Delivery is charged at the amount shown in your bag at checkout, and is free above the free-delivery threshold shown there. A tracking reference is shared once the order is dispatched, and you can follow your order from the “Track order” section of the shop.

Please make sure the delivery address, PIN code and mobile number are correct. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect details or by courier restrictions in remote locations.

Returns, refunds & cancellations

Because spices are food products, we cannot accept returns of opened or used items. If your order arrives damaged, leaking or incorrect, please contact us within [48 hours] of delivery with your order ID and clear photographs, and we will replace the item or refund you.

You may cancel an order before it is dispatched by contacting us. Prepaid orders cancelled before dispatch, and approved refunds, are returned to the original payment account (or the account you tell us) within [5–7] working days.

Payments

We accept UPI (QR code or UPI ID) and bank transfer (NEFT/IMPS). We do not offer cash on delivery. Please pay the exact order amount, mention your order ID in the payment remarks and submit the transaction reference on the website. Your order is confirmed once we verify the payment in our account, and it is packed and dispatched after that. We never ask for your card details, PIN or OTP.

Privacy policy

We collect only what is needed to fulfil your order and answer your enquiries: your name, mobile number, email address (optional), delivery address, the items ordered and your payment reference. We use this information to confirm and deliver your order, to contact you about it, and to maintain our accounts and tax records as required by law.

We share your name, address and mobile number with our courier partner for delivery. We do not sell your personal information. Order records are retained for as long as required for accounting and legal purposes, after which they are deleted or anonymised. You may ask us to correct or delete your information, subject to legal record-keeping requirements, by contacting us below. This notice is intended to reflect the principles of the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023: [owner / counsel to confirm].

Terms of sale

Prices are in Indian rupees and are shown inclusive of applicable taxes [confirm GST treatment]. We may correct pricing or product errors and will inform you before dispatching an affected order. Products are subject to availability. Product photographs are for illustration; pack weights are as stated on the product.

Gift hampers and gifting collections are made to order after enquiry and may be subject to separate terms agreed in writing. These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts at [city, state] having jurisdiction.
